This program is designed for students who wish to begin or continue dance training for health, recreation, or self-enrichment. It offers a variety of class levels for those interested in the many physical benefits of ballet training. Classes emphasize overall body conditioning and encourage an aesthetic appreciation of dance and related arts. All students are welcome and encouraged to join us, regardless of previous experience: Ballet is beneficial and fun for all ages and ability levels, and we are excited to offer classes for everyone. 

Ages: 13-adults

Class length: 1 hour, 15 or 30 minutes

Clothing: Leotard and tights, or any comfortable clothing, appropriate dance shoes
